Warrants Clerk hours: weekdays, about 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The sheriff's law-enforcement function operates around the clock, but routine records work follows weekday office hours. The official sheriff FAQ gives the following routes.
- For a booking record or releasable photo, call Administration. Reports are generally ready within seven business days. Digital photo or video downloads may require a new, unopened external drive.
- For a recent arrest or current custody question, use the county roster first, then call the central number. Released-detainee records are routed through the Detention Center.
- For a warrant question, ask for the Warrants Clerk. Do not use a tip line for an ordinary records request.
- For an accident report, select option 1. The sheriff does not provide an online police-report form.
- For civil process, evictions, or writs, ask for the sheriff clerks. Complaints are scheduled through the Sheriff, Chief Deputy, or Jail Administrator.
- For state prison custody, use the Arkansas Division of Correction offender search. Federal or immigration custody requires the federal BOP or ICE locator.
